Return Shipping
At present, Shoppers Cart does not provide reverse pickup services. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and bearing the return shipping charges.
Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide the return address and detailed instructions via email. You may use any reliable courier service to send the package.
Please note that products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
